Meet Rachel kaye

BSW, QBT, Holistic Health Practitioner, Emotional Well-being Practitioner
Quantum Botanicals tutor at School of Natural Medicine

Having spent the better part of a decade in the social work field, I quickly saw the need for more integrative mind-body connection in client sessions. I pursued studying body work, learning swedish massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release, still seeking more practices that addressed both the physical and emotional.

Flower Essences became a gateway for me, as they are so accessible to people and their re-emergence was founded on the basis of treating people holistically. From my training, I was introduced to ‘felt sense/focusing’ which was exactly the type of somatic healing modality I had been looking for to offer my clients.

My background in social work ensures that working from an ethical framework and client-centred approach is at the forefront of my practice. Nervous system regulation is also paramount to healing both the mind and body and of great interest to me, and this awareness plays a crucial role in our bespoke treatment plans.

I believe my clients are the experts of their own life, and our goal working of working together is that you walk away feeling more empowered and embodied in your every day life.
